Skills

  • 3–10 years of success in consultative B2B SaaS sales, particularly with mid-market companies (50–500 employees).
  • A track record of managing 3–4 week sales cycles and closing deals in the \(30K–\)40K range.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying mid-market businesses and building relationships through targeted outreach.
  • Conducting in-depth consultations to understand client challenges and demonstrating how our solutions address their needs.
  • Delivering engaging sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our HR and payroll services.
  • Nurturing connections with key referral sources and maintaining strong client partnerships.
  • Developing and managing accurate sales forecasts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Ensuring a seamless transition for new clients, including paperwork and initial payroll setup.
  • Partnering with Client Services and Implementation teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Supporting less experienced sales executives to foster team success.

Qualifications

  • A 4-year business degree.
