Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of programs, policies, and operational procedures.
• Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on findings and data insights.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in public/business administration, finance, social sciences, mathematics, or a related field and three years of professional experience in research, program development, evaluation, or management analysis.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of experience in budgeting, accounting, or financial projections.
• OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and five years of relevant professional experience.
• OR one year of experience as a Management Analyst I in Nevada State service.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in public/business administration, finance, social sciences, mathematics, or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Three years of professional experience in research, program development, evaluation, or management analysis.
• Alternatively, three years of experience in budgeting, accounting, or financial projections.
• Five years of relevant professional experience or one year as a Management Analyst I in Nevada State service.
