Skills

• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Experience with social media management and engagement strategies
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing efforts based on performance insights

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engaging social media campaigns
• Write blog articles, whitepapers, and other thought leadership content
• Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic marketing plans
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all materials
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives
• Coordinate marketing opportunities, including events and meetups
• Support the sales team with marketing collateral and resources
• Assist with graphic design tasks for various marketing materials (preferred, not required)

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or financial services
