Marketing Support Specialist Location: Remote (US or Canada, Eastern Time preferred) About Us: We are a leading Salesforce consulting partner passionate about empowering nonprofits and educational institutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to marketing initiatives while supporting our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist in managing inbound sales leads, coordinating with the sales team based on territory maps. Documentation Review: Conduct initial reviews of internal and external documents, ensuring compliance with brand standards before submission to the Marketing Director. Market Research: Conduct market research and present findings internally to inform marketing strategies. Lead Generation: Participate in lead generation activities as required to support marketing campaigns. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as YouTube and LinkedIn. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, offering actionable insights. Budget and Administrative Tasks: Assist in budget management, invoice processing, CRM management, and other administrative tasks as needed. Documentation Management: Maintain organized documentation of marketing materials and assets. Key Skills and Qualifications: Basic understanding of Salesforce. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent customer service skills. Effective communication skills across various channels. Experience in the nonprofit or higher education sectors is a plus. Ability to conduct research and present findings effectively.
