Job Description

Join our Thriving Marketing Team as a Marketing Coordinator! Do you have a passion for marketing and a knack for keeping things organized? We're looking for a creative and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this remote role, you'll play a key role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life across various channels, from our website and social media to our retail stores and beyond. You'll work closely with internal and external partners to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. What You'll Do: Be a Marketing Swiss Army Knife: Assist with a variety of marketing tasks, from managing project timelines to scheduling meetings and keeping our marketing calendar on track. Brand Builder Extraordinaire: Collaborate with vendors to develop and manage co-marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing reach. Email Marketing Maestro: Craft engaging email campaigns for our 200k+ subscriber list, leveraging data and creativity to nurture leads and drive sales. Social Media Whiz: Manage our social media presence across various platforms, fostering a thriving online community and building brand loyalty. Digital Marketing Guru: Partner with our external digital agency to ensure seamless campaign execution and achieve optimal results. Retail Marketing Rockstar: Collaborate with our store operations team to bring in-store marketing campaigns to life, creating a dynamic shopping experience for customers. Traditional Media Magician: Work with external partners to execute radio, out-of-home, and print media campaigns, amplifying brand awareness across various channels. Annual Sales Strategist: Be part of the team that plans and executes large annual sales events across our website and retail stores. What You'll Bring: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role. Experience with integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media. Understanding of successful retail marketing tactics (a plus!). Project management skills and experience with project management software. Knowledge of online community management best practices, especially for social media and email marketing. Strong understanding of current marketing trends and analytics. Experience with the apparel and/or footwear retail industry (a plus!).
