Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including web and social media
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Adobe InDesign (preferred)
  • Excellent research, organizational, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project intake, scheduling, and workflow management
  • Plan and oversee project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets
  • Maintain project documentation and communication between teams
  • Coordinate collateral requests to align with branding guidelines
  • Oversee marketing project management systems
  • Identify workflow efficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Develop relationships with local businesses for promotional opportunities
  • Implement local marketing strategies
  • Manage community outreach efforts
  • Support the marketing team in event marketing campaigns
  • Regularly update website content for accuracy and engagement
  • Monitor and maintain digital information across communication channels
  • Optimize and prepare images for web and digital use
  • Assist with additional marketing projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience working in a corporate or nonprofit marketing team preferred
