Skills
3-4 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including web and social media
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Adobe InDesign (preferred)
Excellent research, organizational, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Assist in project intake, scheduling, and workflow management
Plan and oversee project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets
Maintain project documentation and communication between teams
Coordinate collateral requests to align with branding guidelines
Oversee marketing project management systems
Identify workflow efficiencies and recommend process improvements
Develop relationships with local businesses for promotional opportunities
Implement local marketing strategies
Manage community outreach efforts
Support the marketing team in event marketing campaigns
Regularly update website content for accuracy and engagement
Monitor and maintain digital information across communication channels
Optimize and prepare images for web and digital use
Assist with additional marketing projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Previous experience working in a corporate or nonprofit marketing team preferred
