JURISolutions is partnering with our law firm client in Wilmington, DE to identify paralegals with at least three years of experience in mass tort litigation, specifically in the state of California. This is a full-time, permanent role which will be a hybrid of remote and in-office work. The salary starts at $60K+, depending on experience.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain case calendars
  
• Proficient in Bluebooking and legal document formatting
  
• Organizing client documents and coordinating document productions
  
• Preparing legal documents, including summons and complaints
  

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors
  
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence for assigned cases
  
• Relay messages and track all communication with clients
  
• Process authorizations requesting medical/collateral source records
  
• Perform legal research using various tools
  
• Bluebook, cite-check, and proofread legal documents
  
• Assemble and collate exhibits and legal documents
  
• Prepare, schedule, and attend deposition proceedings
  

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in mass tort litigation
  
• Experience in California legal processes is preferred
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  

Education Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal education
