  • Ability to operate various equipment such as balers and forklifts

  • Capability to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Competence in performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment

Responsibilities

  • Sort and grade materials
  • Fill and operate candensifier
  • Record materials or items received or distributed
  • Maintain inventory records
  • Ensure proper feeding of material onto conveyor
  • Monitor machine operations and respond to alarms
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Coordinate flow of material to designated areas
  • Load or unload materials from trailers and railcars
  • Follow safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • No specific education required
  • Six (6) months of previous work experience in a related field
  • Forklift certified
