Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay Rate: \(17.50 - \)20 Per Hour
  • Benefits effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment, including health care benefits, retirement benefits, and paid days off.

Skills

  • Ability to safely operate machinery for intended purposes
  • Basic troubleshooting of machinery
  • Ability to keep up with line speed of machinery
  • Physically able to lift and meet quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Operate a wide variety of machines responsible for the full life cycle of finished meat products through the packaging process.
  • Match tickets with products, perform quality checks, ensure product meets customer specifications, and process orders through the Cyrovac machine.
  • Ensure accuracy in packing and palletizing products.

Qualifications

  • 30 days of working experience in the plant with a good safety record
  • Production knowledge
  • Attention to detail skills

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • High School Diploma

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 30 days of relevant experience in a production environment.
