Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: \(17.50 - \)20 Per Hour. Benefits become effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment or in accordance with state law.

Skills

  • Must be able to safely operate machinery for the intended purpose
  • Basic troubleshooting of machinery
  • Ability to keep up with line speed of machinery
  • Must be able to lift and meet yields, volume (lbs. per hour), and quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Operate a variety of machines and be responsible for the full life cycle of finished meat products through the Packaging Process
  • Match tickets with the product and perform quality checks
  • Ensure the product meets customer specifications and process orders through the Cyrovac machine
  • Ensure accuracy, pack, and palletize products

Qualifications

  • 30 days of working in the plant with a good safety record
  • Production knowledge and attention to detail skills
