Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and lead Mechanical Engineering staff
  • Manage cogeneration, energy management, and mechanical systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Monitor work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff
  • Conduct interviews, select, and train new employees
  • Appraise employee productivity and facilitate development goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3 years of experience in mechanical facilities maintenance or operations management
  • OR a 2-year graduate degree in Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 2-year graduate degree in Engineering (alternative qualification)

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical facilities maintenance or operations management
