We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Team Lead to lead a team of technicians in maintaining equipment that manufactures membrane separators and systems aimed at creating more sustainable energy sources at our facility in St. Louis, Missouri.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical and pipefitting skills
  • Experience operating and maintaining steam boilers, heating equipment, and compressors
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints
  • Ability to follow safe work practices and standard operation procedures
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in safety and BSP compliance
  • Prioritize tasks and provide guidance to team members
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct team training and development
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial HVAC equipment
  • Perform mechanical maintenance on various building equipment
  • Maintain and operate water treatment equipment
  • Assist with contractor management and safety
  • Develop preventive maintenance procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and accredited trade school diploma/certificate required
  • Universal or Type III EPA certification required
  • Stationary Engineer license preferred
  • 5 years minimum of industrial maintenance experience
  • Military training considered equivalent to industrial experience

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Accredited trade school diploma/certificate

Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience operating wastewater treatment equipment is preferred
