The AMP Media Coordinator will be a vital part of our expanding Integrated Media Planning team. This role involves supporting the media team as well as channel specialists across various platforms such as paid social, paid search, programmatic, and video. Responsibilities include assisting with billing, trafficking, ad serving, data analysis, and reporting. You will gain insights into the media planning process and utilize media research tools to help the team develop innovative media solutions that drive business outcomes for our clients. A successful candidate will be a multi-tasker and quick learner, comfortable with tools like Google Docs, Excel, and PowerPoint, and able to work productively and autonomously when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of media strategies and plans for clients
  • Manage trafficking of campaign assets through Google Campaign Manager and Prisma
  • Compile raw data and prepare client reports for media planning and analytics teams
  • Conduct competitive research as directed
  • Manage media partner correspondence during the RFP process
  • Oversee budgets and forecasts for assigned programs
  • Facilitate billing reconciliation with media and finance teams
  • Provide administrative support for presentation materials
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
  • Monitor client campaigns to ensure adherence to contract specifications
  • Execute media optimizations as directed by the team leader

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interest in digital marketing and media trends
