Media Operations Specialist Location: U.S. Remote Overview: At our premier agency, we lead the charge in Customer Experience (CX) strategy and technology. We're currently seeking an exceptional Media Operations Specialist to join our team, someone who thrives in managing digital media operations within a fast-paced agency environment. Responsibilities: Media Operations Management: Oversee creative trafficking, flowchart development, campaign budget pacing, and client/vendor invoicing. Quality Assurance: Ensure campaign setup accuracy and troubleshoot tracking issues, maintaining thorough QA documentation. Campaign Setup: Support client campaign launches, building campaigns with precision against defined goals. Reporting/Data Infrastructure: Assist in client reporting processes and address ad-hoc reporting requests. Tools/Platform Experience: Primary Tools: Google Campaign Manager 360, DV360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, Advantage Software, Microsoft Excel. Other Experience: Professional Experience: 3+ years in digital media agency roles. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or related field. Key Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in managing multiple projects. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Effective in cross-functional team environments. Personal Qualities: Proactive team player with problem-solving skills. Enjoys process-oriented work and strives for excellence. Committed to personal and team development.
