A physician-owned ophthalmology group is seeking a full-time Medical Retina Specialist to join their team. The new associate will have the opportunity to take over an established retina patient base immediately. The practice has developed a long-standing relationship with a nearby retina-only group for surgical referrals and urgent patient needs.

The practice operates four days a week and highly values work/life balance. All staff are well-trained, treated with respect, and the group enjoys high staff retention. There is no required hospital call, and call responsibilities are shared among all providers, including the OD, resulting in a very light call schedule.
