Skills

• Experience providing clinical services to mental health clients
• Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Familiarity with telehealth therapy for diverse populations
• Excellent documentation skills adhering to agency standards
• Clear communication skills for effective client interactions
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently or with IT support

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly meetings with the Clinical Supervisor and program staff for administrative planning
• Provide clinical services, including assessments, individual, family, and group therapy
• Complete essential clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes
• Meet agency billing standards for services provided
• Engage in peer reviews and program evaluations as necessary
• Pursue continuous clinical development and learning
• Maintain licensure and meet professional standards

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioral Science
• Illinois State License in Professional Counseling or Social Work
• Experience working with adult and child caseloads
• Understanding of community mental health
• Availability during business hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)
