Responsibilities

  • Perform line technician services, routine inspections, and system diagnostics
  • Carry out brake repairs, fluid exchanges, preventative maintenance, and tire installation
  • Document all work performed accurately on repair orders
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior automotive technicians
  • Report safety issues immediately to management
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation
  • Promote teamwork to ensure timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours
  • Perform various manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • ASE Certification preferred

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year of automotive experience, including diagnosing vehicles, performing road tests, and knowledge of electrical and air conditioning systems.
