The NCDIT-Transportation Web Systems Team is seeking a Mid-level SharePoint Specialist Squad Leader for its On-Premise SharePoint implementation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and designing the architecture of SharePoint sites, ensuring alignment with the application life cycle. This role involves supervising, training, and guiding junior developers in their day-to-day work, as well as supporting other development teams to ensure consistency with SharePoint architecture. The contractor must possess extensive experience in building large SharePoint repositories with complex security needs and leading a development team.

Compensation and Benefits

Skills

• Extensive SharePoint administration and architecture experience
• Strong understanding of SharePoint development and security
• Proficiency in creating out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions
• Experience with VueJS Apps, PowerShell for SharePoint, CSOM, Nintex, and Power Automate workflows
• Familiarity with ASP.NET C# development, particularly in collaboration with SharePoint
