The Mid-level SharePoint Specialist Squad Leader will play a critical role in the On-Premise SharePoint implementation for NCDIT’s Transportation Web Systems group. This position involves maintaining and designing the architecture of SharePoint sites while ensuring alignment with the application lifecycle. You will supervise, train, and guide junior developers in their daily tasks while also collaborating with other development teams to maintain consistency with SharePoint architecture.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the SharePoint development portfolio and ensuring that development standards are adhered to. You will work closely with business analysts to ensure that development needs are met.
