Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software architecture and design
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience interfacing with clients and government stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead and support Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in an IDIQ environment
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Valid CompTIA Security+ certification

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and long-term goals, translating them into actionable plans
• Develop and implement effective solutions that encompass cloud adoption strategies, cybersecurity measures, and digital engineering integration
• Design and oversee the architecture of products, processes, and strategies while promoting engineering discipline through digital engineering automation
• Utilize cutting-edge tools such as Came, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and M&S to create effective solutions architecture tailored to various client needs
• Lead the team in building solution architecture into tangible software releases, cloud migrations, and process improvements while employing an Agile Digital Engineering approach
• Make a direct impact on critical mission needs for NMC and NAVAIR, supporting unique use cases that enhance the capabilities of our warfighters

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science
• A valid CompTIA Security+ certification
