Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, student-centered lessons tailored for both in-person and home-based learning.
• Deliver high-quality instruction on campus twice a week, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Develop comprehensive at-home assignments and instructional materials to support independent or parent-assisted learning.
• Provide virtual check-ins, resources, and guidance on remote learning days to track student progress and address learning needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents to offer guidance, feedback, and support for at-home learning.
• Conduct virtual or in-person parent conferences as needed to discuss student progress, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Adapt lesson plans to ensure a seamless transition between in-person and home-based learning environments.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborative planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required)
• ACSI Certification (required) or willingness to obtain certification
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a hybrid, online, or blended learning environment
• Experience in Christian education is highly preferred
