As a Tech Support Specialist for Mini-Split HVAC Systems, you will provide essential phone-based technical support to contractors, technicians, and customers. Your role involves troubleshooting and resolving various issues related to mini-split systems, guiding users through diagnostics, and identifying necessary parts. You will maintain accurate call logs and escalate complex issues while recommending and upselling replacement parts, for which you will be commission eligible. Staying informed about the latest product changes and technical bulletins is also a key aspect of this role.
