• Payment of \(125.00-\)200.00 per loan signing appointment

• MUST be a U.S. citizen
• Strong communication skills, punctuality, and professionalism

• Familiarity with state laws governing notarial acts, including remote and mobile services

Responsibilities

• Perform notarial acts remotely using video conferencing tools for clients unable to be present
• Verify identities, witness signatures, and certify documents in compliance with laws
• Travel to clients’ locations, such as homes or offices, to notarize various documents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Notary Public commission
• Additional authorization or certification may be required for remote notarization
• Liability insurance is recommended for added legal protection
