This position requires extensive travel between GA, SC & NC, and qualified candidates can be located within these states. Travel expenses will be covered.

Skills

  • Proficient in operating tools and equipment for vehicle and equipment repairs
  • Ability to communicate needed repairs effectively
  • Skill in diagnosing defects and performing repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance software programs

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA standards
  • Provide guidance and direction to other maintenance personnel
  • Utilize vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and perform maintenance-related work as required
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns

Qualifications

  • Four (4) years of previous experience in vehicle maintenance
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and physical
