Responsibilities

• Perform notarial acts remotely using video conferencing tools for clients who cannot be present

• Travel to clients’ locations, such as homes or offices, to notarize various documents
• Offer both remote notarization and mobile services for client convenience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Notary Public commission
• Additional authorization or certification may be required for remote notarization, often involving specific training in technology proficiency
• Training in mobile notary services covering client interaction, document handling, and legal requirements
