We’re seeking dependable and detail-oriented Mobile Notary Signing Agents to perform document signings for mortgage, real estate, and legal transactions. You’ll meet with clients in person or online to verify identity, witness signatures, and ensure all paperwork is executed correctly and professionally. This position is ideal for notaries who want flexible, remote work with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Conducting loan document signings (purchases, refinances, HELOCs, etc.)
  
• Verifying identification and completing notarial certificates accurately
  
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all appointments
  
• Managing scheduling, confirmations, and document return
  
• Ensuring compliance with state notary laws and client confidentiality standards
  

Qualifications

• Active Notary Commission (or willingness to become a notary)
  
• Must be at least 18 years of age
