Certified Mobile Notary Service (CMNS) is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Mobile Notary Signing Agents to perform document signings for mortgage, real estate, and legal transactions. This position provides an excellent opportunity for notaries who wish to work flexible hours, from home or on the road, with unlimited earning potential.

You will be responsible for meeting clients in person or online to verify identity, witness signatures, and ensure that all paperwork is executed accurately and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct loan document signings (purchases, refinances, HELOCs, etc.)
• Verify identification and complete notarial certificates accurately
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and document returns
• Ensure compliance with state notary laws and client confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Active Notary Commission (or willingness to become a notary)
• Reliable transportation and access to a printer/scanner
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a background check (required by signing companies)
