Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations to complete notarizations and loan document signings, including:

• Serve individuals, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and businesses needing mobile notary services.
• Manage your own schedule and service area as a 1099 independent contractor.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training options available.
• Background screening required.
• Notary Bond and Errors and Omissions Insurance is recommended.
• Familiarity with loan signing processes is a plus.
