Certified Mobile Notary Service is actively hiring professional and entry-level Mobile Notary Signing Agents to assist in completing loan document signings across all 50 states. As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you will meet with borrowers, verify identities, witness signatures, and ensure all real estate loan documents are accurately executed. You will travel to client homes, offices, or public locations—or meet online for approved RON signings—based on your state’s regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

Earn between \(75–\)200 per loan signing, depending on document type, distance traveled, and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan document signings for various types of transactions including refinances, buyer/seller packages, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages.
• Confirm borrower identity as per state notary laws.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Scan back and overnight documents as required by hiring companies.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be a Notary Public (or willing to become one)
• Reliable transportation for mobile signings
• Professional communication and time-management skills

Education Requirements

• Completion of any required training to become a Notary Public
• Certification in signing agent services is preferred but not mandatory
