Responsibilities

• Perform loan document signings for refinances, buyer/seller packages, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and debt settlements
  
• Confirm borrower identity in accordance with state notary laws
  
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
  
• Scan and send back documents as required by hiring companies
  
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality
  

Qualifications

• Must be a Notary Public or demonstrate willingness to obtain certification
  
• Strong communication and time-management skills
