Certified Mobile Notary Service (CMNS) is a national network of professional mobile notaries and loan signing agents providing services across all 50 states. Our mission is to assist notaries in building their businesses, connecting with leading signing companies, and accessing high-paying remote and in-person signing opportunities. We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Mobile Notary Signing Agents to perform document signings for mortgage, real estate, and legal transactions.

In this role, you will meet with clients in person or online to verify identities, witness signatures, and ensure all paperwork is executed correctly and professionally. This position is perfect for notaries looking for flexible, remote work with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct loan document signings (purchases, refinances, HELOCs, etc.)
• Verify identification and complete notarial certificates accurately
• Maintain professionalism at all appointments
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and document returns
• Ensure compliance with state notary laws and client confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Active Notary Commission (or willingness to become a notary)
• Reliable transportation and access to a printer/scanner
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a background check (required by signing companies)
