Certified Mobile Notary Service is currently seeking a Mobile Notary Signing Agent to work in the U.S. only. This is a full-time, remote position, and candidates must be U.S. citizens. The role involves overseeing and executing digital signings for borrowers, facilitating remote online notary sessions, and ensuring a seamless closing process for significant financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute digital signing for borrowers
• Host and engage in digital closings during video calls
• Walk borrowers through closing documents, answer questions, and facilitate remote online notary processes
• Prepare technology and documents for the closing ceremony
• Ensure quality assurance for all documents during the closing process
• Assist in post-close flows for loan servicing
• Collaborate with origination team members for loan closings
• Obtain feedback for service improvements and share experiences with the team

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients
• Experience managing technology tools effectively
