Compensation and Benefits

Agents can typically earn between \(200 to \)500 daily, depending on performance and volume of work. Compensation per loan signing ranges from \(75.00 to \)200.00, based on the type of document package and location.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure all loan closing documents are notarized accurately and in compliance with state laws
• Work closely with borrowers, lenders, and title companies to facilitate smooth closings
• Schedule and travel to borrowers’ locations for in-person signings
• Confirm the identity of all signers and ensure proper documentation
• Securely manage and execute all signed documents, promptly returning them to the lender or title company
• Perform remote loan signing appointments and provide notarial services

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Notary Public, meeting all state requirements
• Prior experience in notarizing loan closing documents
• Clear background check
