We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Mobile Notary Signing Agents to perform document signings for mortgage, real estate, and legal transactions. Responsibilities

• Conduct loan document signings (purchases, refinances, HELOCs, etc.)
• Verify identification and complete notarial certificates accurately
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all appointments
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and document return
• Ensure compliance with state notary laws and client confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Active Notary Commission (or willingness to become a notary)
• Reliable transportation and access to a printer/scanner
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a background check (required by signing companies)
