Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations to perform notarial acts, including acknowledgments, jurats, and loan signings
  
• Verify the identity of signers and ensure they are signing documents willingly and knowingly
  
• Witness and authenticate signatures on various legal and financial documents
  
• Maintain accurate records of notarial acts performed
  
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
  
• Adhere to all state-specific notary laws and regulations
