Responsibilities

• Perform basic tire services (mounting, balancing, tire repairs)
• Safely drive the Mobile Van to appointments and conduct safety checks
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and explaining processes
• Ensure guest satisfaction through all interactions
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, services, warranties, and promotions
• Efficiently use portable iOS and PC devices to manage workflow
• Assist and fill in for other team members as necessary
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
