Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in implementing the curriculum
• Create a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment
• Foster the development of each child in accordance with Montessori principles
• Engage with children and introduce them to the world around them

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
• Passion for working with children
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree or higher in early childhood education or related field preferred
