We are currently seeking Montessori-trained teachers at the infant level to join our founding team as we establish a new Montessori school in the Branchburg area! In this role, you will create and lead a model infant classroom, allowing parents to witness the potential of their child when authentic, high-quality Montessori practices thrive in a well-prepared environment. Skills

  • Obtained a Montessori diploma (preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree (Early Childhood Education preferred)
  • Experience with the appropriate age group in a group setting, such as daycare, aftercare, or nursery
  • Ability to foster independence in children
  • Open to guiding and learning from colleagues
  • Eager to partner with parents in their child’s educational journey

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans in the classroom

Qualifications

  • Montessori diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
