Responsibilities

• Develop leads and originate mortgage loans through branch referrals, realtors, and builders
• Guide clients through the mortgage process, from initial application to loan approval
• Conduct interviews with mortgage applicants and gather necessary financial information
• Submit loan applications and coordinate with processors to ensure smooth transactions
• Respond to referrals and assist in obtaining additional documentation as needed
• Stay up to date with mortgage regulations, lending processes, and available financial products
• Provide personalized financial solutions by offering relevant banking products and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (MBA or Master’s degree preferred)
• 2+ years of lending experience preferred
