Responsibilities

• Develop and originate mortgage loans through collaboration with branches, realtors, and builders
• Conduct interviews with mortgage loan applicants to understand their needs and financial situations
• Process loan applications by collecting relevant documentation and submitting the applicant’s file to the processing team
• Respond promptly to referrals from branch personnel and other sources
• Assist in gathering additional information or documents requested by loan processors
• Cross-sell various financial products and services to deepen customer relationships and meet their broader financial needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience; an MBA or Master’s Degree is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of lending experience is preferred
• Flexible work hours and a willingness to adapt to changing environments
