Compensation and Benefits

The commission rate varies based on experience, position, and location, offering the flexibility to grow as you perform. Loan Officers are either classified as outside sales exempt employees (100% commission) or non-exempt employees (minimum wage plus commissions). Commission rates range from 50 to 150 basis points per loan.

Qualifications

• Experienced Mortgage Loan Originators with stable work history
• Must close at least one residential home loan per month
• NMLS licensed with an active mortgage license
• Established referral database for generating purchase-focused leads
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

• No specific degree required, but relevant experience is essential
