Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans from self-generated efforts, referrals, and campaigns
• Interview applicants to understand their financial goals and identify the best loan products
• Take loan applications, conduct initial reviews, and submit complete loan packages
• Ensure all necessary documents for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured in a timely manner
• Engage in daily marketing efforts to generate 4+ loans per month
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Meet and exceed team and individual sales/production goals
• Maintain and use CRM effectively to track and manage customer relationships

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a loan originator
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to integrity in all dealings
