Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans through self-generated leads, corporate referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Interview applicants to match them with suitable loan products, terms, and pricing
• Complete loan applications and submit them to processing and underwriting for approval
• Ensure timely collection of all documents needed for processing and closing
• Engage in daily marketing activities to generate 4+ loans per month
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support throughout the loan process
• Meet individual and team sales/production goals
• Maintain and effectively use CRM systems

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a loan originator
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Professional, effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within established operating hours
