• Earnings range from \(75–\)200 per loan closing
• Additional pay for same-day requests, travel fees, and scanbacks

Responsibilities

• Meet clients at scheduled times and locations
• Complete full loan signing packages with precision
• Return completed documents through FedEx/UPS or secure upload
• Maintain logbooks, journals, and proper ID verification
• Communicate with title companies, lenders, and signing services

Qualifications

• Active Notary Commission (or ability to obtain one through our training)
• Ability to travel within your local area
