Skills

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, quality control, supply chain management, and lean manufacturing principles
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite’s core functionalities relevant to manufacturing, such as Inventory, Work Orders, Advanced Manufacturing, and Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced functional support and troubleshooting for NetSuite clients in the manufacturing sector
• Diagnose and resolve complex business and technical issues related to manufacturing processes
• Implement and optimize NetSuite configurations and customizations, particularly in Advanced Manufacturing capabilities
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends, diagnose issues, and suggest data-driven solutions for process improvements
• Collaborate with team members, including project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions and share knowledge across the team
• Stay current with the latest NetSuite features, industry trends, and best practices in manufacturing
• Lead training sessions and workshops for clients on NetSuite’s manufacturing functionalities and industry best practices
• Contribute to the successful delivery of NetSuite Managed Services projects for manufacturing clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and configuration, especially in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and NetSuite functionalities
• Excellent communication skills and a trusted advisor demeanor
