Description
The RN Residency program offers a structured schedule, typically Monday through Friday, spanning 8 hours a day for 40 hours a week, with potential weekend shifts during the holiday season. The preceptorship phase includes three 12-hour shifts weekly, requiring attendance every other weekend at the hospital. Throughout the program, participants will achieve certifications in BLS, ACLS, CPI, EKG, NIH Stroke Scale, and Meditech Modules. Attendance is mandatory for the full duration of the program, which requires a minimum two-year full-time commitment to the hospital.
