Responsibilities

• Provide effective psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups, developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Communicate consistently with referral sources and other providers, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Receive guidance and support from a qualified supervisor, taking initiative in your professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Associate Counselor in New Jersey (LAC)
• Demonstrated experience in counseling and psychotherapy
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
