Compensation and Benefits

Annual Salary: Commensurate with knowledge and experience, ranging from \(70,000 - \)84,892.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate psychiatric and medical services for clients in the Crisis Stabilization Unit.
  • Participate in a multidisciplinary approach to crisis intervention.
  • Conduct rapid assessments and medication administration as required.
  • Oversee nursing staff and support crisis intervention and counseling services.
  • Ensure compliance with medical regulations and develop health policies.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Previous experience in psychiatric nursing or crisis intervention preferred
  • Proven leadership skills in a healthcare setting

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

  • Nursing

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in mental health or crisis situations.
