Your Role: As a Nurse Manager, you’ll: ***Lead clinical operations and provide strategic direction for your unit. ***Support and guide clinical staff to meet program goals. ***Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to ensure quality care. ***Analyze patient flow and implement solutions to improve service delivery. ***Champion staff development and contribute to program growth. What You Bring: ***Associate’s degree in Nursing (required). ***Active North Carolina RN license. ***Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-aged youth in a crisis setting. ***At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
