Job ID: 139480 Direct Hire Nursing Home Administrator Role $120,000 to $125,000 per year in Aurora, Ohio Clinical Magnet , a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to join our partner's full-time team near Aurora, Ohio . ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee the day to day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations while ensuring compliance * Ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained for each resident at all times * Responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans to meet clinical, performance and financial goals * Participates in the development and implementation of the long-term goals and directions of the company * Must follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities. REQUIRED PROFICIENCIES * Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, such as healthcare administration or business administration.
